Trump Aims for Peace Between Kurds and Syrian Government: 'We Want Syria to Succeed'

During a speech at a meeting with oil company executives at the White House, Trump stated, "I believe that Syria is on the path to success. The crisis has only just begun, and we want to see it come to an end."
He added, "We have a good relationship with both the Kurds and the Syrian government. We want to see Syria succeed, and so far, I believe progress has been made, but this violence is flaring up again, and we want to see it stop."
Trump's remarks came in the context of recent developments in Aleppo province, where clashes between Syrian government forces and the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have raised international concerns and prompted renewed calls for de-escalation and the resumption of political dialogue.
