Israeli Minister Calls for Commitment to War Objectives Amid Criticism

Israeli Settlement Minister Orit Struck stated in remarks aired by Hebrew Channel 7 that the Israeli government must remain committed to all objectives set for the war, cautioning against being misled by partial or false successes.

Struck added, "We should not settle for anything less than the established war objectives, and we must reject attempts to sell us false successes related to the elimination of 200 Hamas members in Rafah," referring to what she described as efforts to exaggerate military outcomes that do not align with a strategic breakthrough.

The minister's comments reflect growing tensions within Israeli political circles regarding the approach to the conflict in Gaza, amid criticism from the far-right over the slow military progress and the lack of decisive results to date.
