According to Reuters on Friday, U.S. military operations to transfer ISIS detainees from Syria to Iraq have slowed this week after a faster pace in previous weeks.
Sources indicate that Iraq has requested additional time to prepare prisons for the incoming detainees, as well as to engage in discussions with other countries regarding the repatriation of their citizens.
