Morocco's grain imports experienced a notable increase of 23% in January compared to the same period last year, as reported by the National Association of Grain and Pulses Traders.
The total imported volume reached approximately 950,000 tons, driven by a substantial rise in soft wheat imports, which surged by 11% to 481,000 tons.
Conversely, durum wheat imports declined by 33%, stabilizing at 121,000 tons.
