British Times: The Ghost of the Gaza War Will Haunt Israel in the Next 50 Years

The British Times newspaper published an article stating that what is happening in Gaza fuels Islamic extremism and must therefore stop.

The article says that the brutal attack on children is what Hamas planned to provoke in its attack on October 7th.

The writer quotes researcher at the Institute for Policy and Society in Amman, Mohammed Abu Ruman, as saying that the Middle East has recently witnessed a wave of extremism due to what is happening in Gaza.

These data are consistent with reports from high-level Israeli sources that terrorist networks compensate for Hamas casualties at a ratio of five to one. It is expected that this ratio will increase after another 5 months of destruction.

The writer also refers to a statement by a British security official reported by Reuters, indicating that Gaza has become the largest recruitment site for extremist Islamists since 2003. The International Center for Counter-Terrorism also warned of these conditions becoming a breeding ground for the next generation of extremists.
