Turkey: Bodies of Mother and Son Found After Mysterious Disappearance

The Turkish police, assisted by gendarmerie and emergency teams (AFAD), were able to find the bodies after several days of searching, amid mysterious circumstances that have led to numerous questions regarding the cause of death.
Local media, including "CNN Türk," reported that the bodies were found without clothing, adding to the enigma of the situation. The mother's clothing was discovered a short distance from her body, while the child's body was located beneath a nearby waterfall, approximately 50 meters away from her.
An initial examination did not reveal clear signs of physical violence, such as stab wounds or bruises, prompting investigators to consider the possibility that the deaths resulted from severe hypothermia.
The Inabulu prosecutor's office is continuing its investigation, and the bodies have been sent to Ankara for a detailed autopsy that may determine the actual cause of death. Meanwhile, the mother's phone remains missing, and search teams are conducting operations in the area, with significant public interest in the investigation's outcomes.
