Israeli Minister of Settlements Orit Struck stated in an interview with Channel 7 that the Israeli government must remain committed to all established objectives for the war, warning against being misled by partial or exaggerated achievements.
Struck remarked, "We should not settle for anything less than the set objectives of the war, and we must reject attempts to present us with fictitious accomplishments related to the elimination of 200 Hamas operatives in Rafah," referring to what she described as efforts to overstate results on the ground that do not meet the level of a strategic decision.
Her comments reflect rising tensions within Israeli political circles regarding the management of the Gaza conflict, amid criticism from the far-right over the slow pace of military progress and the lack of decisive outcomes thus far.
