Julio Iglesias Faces Serious Allegations of Sexual Assault and Abuse from Former Employees

One former employee claimed that Iglesias, who was 77 at the time, pressured her into sexual relations, detailing experiences of physical and verbal humiliation, including slapping, while working at his homes in the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas.
A three-year investigative effort gathered testimonies from 15 former employees, in addition to documents, correspondence, recordings, and medical records that corroborate the harsh working conditions and strict surveillance present in Iglesias' residences.
Julio Iglesias and his legal team have not responded to media inquiries regarding these allegations, while one of the personnel directors dismissed the claims as "fabrications."
It is worth noting that Julio Iglesias, father of singer Enrique Iglesias, is regarded as one of the most successful Spanish-language artists globally, having released over 80 albums and sold more than 300 million copies of his recordings.
