Sudanese army chief Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan announced on Wednesday that the armed forces will not accept any form of coexistence with what he referred to as rebellion, following the recent lifting of a siege on the city of Kadugli in South Kordofan state.
During a visit to the Takina area in Al-Jazeera state, Al-Burhan emphasized that the military is engaged in operations to defend the rights of the Sudanese people, asserting that military actions will continue towards the Darfur region.
In related developments, fierce clashes are ongoing in other parts of Sudan, particularly the Blue Nile region, where the Sudanese army is engaged in intense battles with the Rapid Support Forces amid escalating military tensions and an expanding conflict zone.
