The Syrian capital, Damascus, witnessed today, Sunday, the launch of a series of humanitarian projects provided by the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works, with the presence of a delegation from the Damascus Governorate and several official figures.

The projects focused on supporting the health and food security sectors, in a step that reflects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing humanitarian response in Syria.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, the general supervisor of the center, confirmed that this initiative comes in appreciation of the historical relations between the two countries, while the Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management, Raed Al-Saleh, emphasized that the event embodies the depth of brotherhood between Syria and Saudi Arabia, carrying a message of support and hope for the Syrian people.

These projects are part of a series of developmental programs aimed at improving living conditions and enhancing recovery in the affected areas.
