Saudi Arabia Announces Tour d'AlUla 2026 Cycling Race Details

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, Saudi Arabia will announce the details of the "Tour d'AlUla 2026," a significant cycling event, at a press conference in Riyadh.
Representatives from organizing bodies, local and international partners, as well as a selection of local, regional, and international journalists, will be present at the event.
The race is scheduled to take place in the AlUla province from January 27 to 31, 2026, organized by the Saudi Cycling Federation in collaboration with ASO and the Royal Commission for AlUla, under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports.
The Tour d'AlUla is recognized as a key event in the global professional cycling calendar, classified as a 2.Pro race within the UCI ProSeries. It will feature the Saudi team alongside international cyclists competing across five diverse stages that combine speed, elevation, and open routes, all set against unique landscapes and historical backdrops.
The press conference will outline the overall vision for this year's edition, the race courses, and the main participating teams, while emphasizing the event's role in advancing cycling in Saudi Arabia and enhancing AlUla's status as a global destination for major sporting events.
Since its inception in 2020, the Tour d'AlUla has established itself on the international cycling map, attracting top athletes and offering a comprehensive model that integrates professional sports, tourism, and sustainability, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
