US Report Highlights Mutual Support Between Haftar and Sudan's Rapid Support Forces Mediated by UAE

This relationship is characterized as reciprocal and has been facilitated by support from the UAE since 2014.

The report indicates that these fuel supplies underscore Haftar's strong commitment to the UAE government, which is described as "the decisive actor" in backing his military and political ambitions in Libya.
