On Monday, Stefan Dujarric, spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, conveyed the organization's increasing concern over recent Israeli actions in the West Bank.
Dujarric noted that Secretary-General António Guterres has warned that the prevailing situation on the ground is jeopardizing the feasibility of a two-state solution and complicating the political landscape.
He reiterated Guterres's strong stance that all Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank are deemed illegal and lack legitimacy under international law.
