Saudi airline Nas Air has confirmed that its new venture, "Nas Air Syria," will begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2026, according to an official statement.
The ownership structure of the new airline will see the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority holding a 51% stake, while Nas Air will own 49%. This partnership aims to enhance the air transport sector and improve regional connectivity.
Additionally, the statement indicated that this initiative is part of Nas Air's broader expansion strategy in the region, focusing on launching air services that cater to the increasing demand for travel while adhering to established operational standards.
