Afghanistan and India Reject Claims of Involvement in Islamabad Mosque Attack

The Afghan Ministry of Defense has rejected claims made by Pakistan that the Afghan government was involved in the attack on a mosque in Islamabad, describing the accusations as baseless. The ministry reiterated Kabul's commitment to fighting terrorism and ensuring stability in the region.

In a similar vein, the Indian Foreign Ministry, as reported by Reuters, also denied any allegations of New Delhi's involvement in the explosion. It highlighted India's focus on regional collaboration to combat terrorism and stated that it would not permit any group to use its territory to threaten Pakistan's security.
