Severe Winter Storm Disrupts Air Travel in New York

A severe winter storm approaching New York City and surrounding areas has led to the cancellation of hundreds of flights and disruptions at the city's major airports.
According to flight tracking service "FlightAware," at least 400 domestic and international flights have been canceled, along with numerous delays, as reported by Bloomberg.
The airports most affected include LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy, and Newark.
Meteorologist Richard Ban from the National Weather Service stated that heavy snowfall is expected to begin Friday afternoon and continue into Saturday, with accumulations of up to 20 centimeters anticipated before the storm subsides.
In light of the impending storm, New York City has issued a travel advisory, warning of dangerous road conditions due to icy surfaces as temperatures remain low, preventing snow from melting.
Travelers are advised to monitor airline updates regularly and take necessary precautions to avoid complications.
