Sherine Abdel Wahab's Health Crisis: Support from Zina and Ahmed Saad Revealed

Mohamed Abdel Wahab, brother of singer Sherine Abdel Wahab, has publicly addressed his sister's health issues, asserting that much of the information circulating about artist interventions is largely inaccurate.
In a statement on his Facebook account, Mohamed emphasized that the primary individuals who assisted Sherine during her crisis were Zina and singer Ahmed Saad, with popular artist Mahmoud El Leithy also visiting her daily.
He clarified that their involvement was not for publicity, but stemmed from a long-standing friendship with Sherine that predates her fame. They aimed to keep the situation private but later encountered a media campaign that generated controversy.
Mohamed explained that the family's distance from Sherine was due to her life becoming a "war." He noted that prior attempts to support her had been undermined by rumors suggesting the family was financially profiting from her situation, which ultimately halted her treatment plan.
He provided details regarding her hospital transfer, stating that when Sherine experienced health issues, Zina was en route to visit her and promptly took her to the nearby Air Hospital. There, doctors performed an endoscopy, and due to the anesthesia administered, Sherine was transported home by ambulance.
Mohamed concluded by reaffirming that Zina and Ahmed Saad's support was rooted in their long-term friendship with Sherine, and while they sought to maintain privacy, they faced a funded media campaign that stirred public interest.
