A military court has handed down its verdicts in nearly 40 security-related cases involving Noah Zaiter. He was convicted in four cases, leading to a sentence of one month in prison for each conviction, while the majority of the other cases were dismissed or ended without prosecution.

Sentencing Details

Zaiter received a one-month prison sentence for each of the four convictions, and authorities ordered the confiscation of military weapons, ammunition, and communication devices seized during the investigation.

Acquittals Due to Insufficient Evidence

The court also acquitted Zaiter in three cases, citing a lack of sufficient evidence to support the charges against him.

Dismissal of Charges in Additional Cases

Furthermore, the court dismissed prosecutions in 33 other cases, ruling that the legal time limits for pursuing these charges had expired under applicable laws.
