Israeli Forces Conduct Military Operation Near Saida Village in Southern Syria

On Sunday morning, an Israeli military unit comprising five vehicles entered the outskirts of Saida village in the southern Quneitra region, as reported by a Syrian television outlet.
The Israeli forces set up a checkpoint in the area, inspecting individuals passing through, which is part of a series of ongoing military operations in southern Syria.
This latest operation follows a similar incursion in the village of Rasem al-Qatta, where residents were subjected to inspections before being allowed to pass. Another recent operation occurred in the nearby Abu Ghara area, coinciding with the establishment of a new military checkpoint.
The Quneitra and Daraa regions have experienced nearly daily incursions by Israeli forces since the decline of Bashar al-Assad's regime. These operations have sometimes led to the detention of local residents, with some being released later while others remain in custody.
