In a peculiar incident in Gaziantep, Turkey, a woman misplaced four gold pieces totaling 40 grams after leaving a hospital, where they were wrapped in a handkerchief following an MRI scan. The handkerchief fell onto the street and was subsequently collected by a cleaning vehicle operated by the "Şehit Kamil" municipality.

Municipal teams initiated a thorough search, sifting through 40 tons of waste for several hours until they located the gold pieces and returned them to their owner, who was overwhelmed with joy.

The woman expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the recovery efforts, while the head of the waste collection facility monitoring department described the operation as a notable success, emphasizing their team's readiness to address emergency situations effectively.
