Israeli Air Force Conducts Airstrikes in Southern and Northern Lebanon

Israeli air forces executed over ten airstrikes targeting multiple sites in southern and northern Lebanon, according to reports from the Lebanon 24 news outlet.

Sources indicated that most of the strikes were focused on the Mahmoudiya area in the Jezzine district of southern Lebanon, where military facilities associated with Hezbollah are located, as reported by Russian agency TASS.

The bombardment also hit training bases and weapon storage facilities belonging to the group in the Hermel region of northern Lebanon, with no immediate reports of casualties.

In this context, the Lebanese Ministry of Interior reported that the number of fatalities from Israeli attacks has risen to 29 since the beginning of the year, highlighting an increase in violence across various regions of the country.
