Kuwait Advises Citizens in Iran to Exercise Caution and Avoid Crowds

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a warning on Friday to its citizens residing in Iran, advising them to exercise caution and avoid areas where gatherings or demonstrations may occur, in light of possible unforeseen developments in the country.

The Ministry highlighted the importance of following local authorities' directives and encouraged citizens to contact the Kuwaiti Embassy in Tehran or relevant authorities through emergency numbers in case of any significant changes.

This advisory follows calls for new protests initiated by Reza Pahlavi, the son of the former Shah, although state media have reported that participation has been "limited." These developments coincide with reports of partial internet outages across Iran.

The Iranian Supreme National Security Council has previously accused the United States and Israel of attempting to instigate unrest, a claim often made by Iranian officials during times of domestic protests.
