Itamar Ben Gvir, Israel's National Security Minister, publicly expressed his backing for Iranian protesters, asserting their right to live freely and without oppression from what he termed the "murderous regime of Khamenei."

In a post on the social media platform X, Ben Gvir stated that Israel stands in solidarity with the Iranian people's calls for freedom and dignity. This statement comes as protests, now in their fifth day, have spread to rural areas grappling with economic hardship and rising living costs.

According to official reports and local news outlets, Iranian authorities have confirmed at least seven fatalities and numerous arrests linked to the ongoing demonstrations.
Israeli intelligence agencies, including Mossad, have recently urged protesters to escalate their movements, reinforcing that they "are not alone on the ground."
